Financial Reports

The Office for Sponsored Programs (OSP), as the central financial administration office for all of Harvard’s sponsored awards, reviews, approves, and signs all invoices and financial reports on behalf of the President and Fellows of Harvard College. OSP will normally work directly with departments to ensure that financial reports are correct before they are sent to the sponsor. Financial reports are called by many names. Two examples include:

  • Office of Management and Budget Standard Form 269: Financial Status Report, which may be called, OMB SF269, SF269 or FSR.
  • Office of Management and Budget Standard Form 425: Federal Financial Report, which may be called OMB SF 425, SF 425, or FFR
