Over 200 staff have been trained on the new CT policy that goes live on 10/1/14.  There are two more training sessions available, one in Cambridge  on Thursday, October 2nd and  one in LMA. Visit the OSP website to sign up.

OPEN ITEMS AND UPDATES

1. The online version of the CT is not yet available, please use the PDF version of the CT form that can be used in Adobe or printed and used off-line.  For under 90 day CTs - attach the pdf CT form with backup documentation to an email and send to osp_cost_transfer@harvard.edu. For over 90 day CTs - attach the pdf CT form with backup documentation to an email and send to Nuala McGowan in the FAS and the OSP CT inbox.
   
   The form can be found in the resource link embedded in the CT policy.
    
2. All CTs submitted after 9/30/14 fall under the new policy regardless of the date of the transaction.  Begin using the new CT form as of this date, but to ease the transition, the old form will be accepted for the month of October 2014. After that time only the new form will be accepted.
