As of October 1st, 2014, Harvard’s new Cost Transfer (CT) Policy will go into effect. To ensure that the impact of this new policy is understood, it is highly recommended that all those involved with sponsored research across Harvard attend one of the new Cost Transfer Policy training seminars. Each session is approximately an hour and a half in length, and is designed to educate attendees on all major changes, such as the new criteria for determining what constitutes a CT and the changes in the naming conventions. Also discussed will be the full impact and benefit of these changes, why there is a need for federal and policy regulation, documentation, and other key elements of this new policy.
