Graduate Women in Science (GWIS): National Fellowship Program

Eligibility: Women scientists with GWIS membership who have already completed a bachelor’s degree, and are conducting research in STEM, life science, and related social science fields. Any person who identifies as a woman is eligible.

Description: The GWIS National Fellowship Program promotes knowledge in the natural and social sciences and to encourage women’s academic and professional careers in the sciences. Funds are intended for items such as supplies and small equipment, publication, and travel for field studies or collaborative research at another library; awards cannot be used for salaries.
