Supports postdoctoral scholars to advance our understanding of the Italian Renaissance and to encourage the fruitful interchange of ideas at I Tatti, the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies, in Florence, Italy.

Supports early-career researchers in political science, computational social science, sociology, or computer science to work with proprietary datasets and produce original research at the intersection of AI, public values, and democratic governance.

Supports projects that cultivate neuroscience and society training opportunities and workforce development at the early career stage, inclusive of undergraduate students through pre-tenure faculty or equivalent.

Supports early-career plant scientists with a PhD who have identified an independent research project that would utilize the Arboretum’s living collections of woody plants and research facilities.
