Welcome to Harvard! Our FAS Faculty Funding Fundamentals program is designed to give newly appointed ladder faculty the tools, connections, and strategies they need to pursue funding and be successful during their first few years at Harvard. This Funding Fundamentals Hub is a centralized collection of resources to help faculty get started.

Connecting with Research Development

New Faculty Institute

Research Development participates in the New Faculty Institute in August. This session is an opportunity to meet the Research Development team in person and learn about available services. Couldn't attend? Please refer to our slides and one-page guide.

Individual Consultations

Meet with our team during your first year to identify potential sponsors, assess funding opportunities, and discuss proposal strategy and narratives. We reach out to you, but if you have urgent funding needs, please feel free to contact us.
