Ronnie Mugimu

Ronnie Mugimu is FORA’s Senior Director of Research Administration, the senior operational leader for research administration across the FAS. He leads the team of Managers of Research Administration and helps establish consistent standards, priorities, and expectations for research administration across FAS. Working in close partnership with the Chief Research Administration Officer (CRAO) and colleagues across the University, he plays a key role in strengthening FAS research administration by advancing operational excellence, supporting managers and staff, developing onboarding and professional development programs, improving business processes, promoting compliance in an increasingly complex regulatory environment, and building an agile, collaborative community of research administrators.
