Monica Patel is FORA's Senior Research Costing and Reporting Analyst. In this role, Monica provides expertise and guidance in Sponsored and Ad-hoc Reporting, Capital Equipment policy and compliance, Service Center operations, and the use of Sponsored Systems. She has led initiatives to streamline complex financial reporting processes, develop automated tools for leadership, and optimize service center reviews to improve efficiency and compliance. Monica collaborates with departments and deans to resolve complex costing and reporting issues, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial management. She also brings advanced expertise in data analysis and reporting systems, leveraging tools to deliver meaningful insights that support institutional decision-making. In addition, Monica partners closely with senior leadership to provide strategic analysis on sponsored awards and institutional costing policies, ensuring alignment with both internal priorities and external regulations.
