**Eligibility**: All applicants possessing a Ph.D. (or other terminal degree) must have held the doctorate (or other degree) for at least four years prior to the start date of the fellowship year.

**Description**: UConn Humanities Fellowships provide an opportunity for individuals to pursue advanced work in the humanities. Visiting Humanities Scholars Fellowships are year-long and allow for time and space to research, write, and collaborate on work that extends and celebrates humanities scholarship. UCHI Visiting Scholar Fellowships are intended for scholars with a significant record of scholarly accomplishment. Fellows reside in Storrs, CT and receive a stipend and access to office space, with proximity to Hartford, New Haven, Boston, and New York City.
