**Eligibility:** Candidates must be, at the earliest, in the final year of their Ph.D. training and able to formally complete, defend, and receive their Ph.D. by the time the fellowships starts.

**Deadline Month**: October

**Description**: Kempner Research Fellows are leading, early-stage postdoctoral scientists whose research advances the fundamental understanding of intelligence. The expectation is that the focus of the fellow’s research will be computational, and not bench-based. Fellows serve for a term of up to three years and receive salary and research funds, office space, and support from a deeply engaged community of scientists.
