Part of Accounts (PoA): System Access, Process and Best Practices

This session will focus on best practices for grant managers for setting up and managing part-of-accounts. The following topics will be discussed:

• Requirements for receiving access to PoA
• Proposal stage and IFIs (GMAS access)
• Award set up stage and PoA creation
• Award management stage and access (HART access, cross-validation, etc)
• Award closeout and expectations of PoA (vs. Main account)
