Post-Award Account Monitoring

This session will discuss the basics of post-award financial monitoring & the expectation for it to be performed on a regular basis. Best practices in the following areas will be of focus: account reconciliation, developing projections, comparing budget to actuals and award close-out. Other topics for discussion may include: ecrt review, GMAS transaction monitoring, utilization of HART and PI Dashboard, strong communication skills and the ability to inform pre-award planning.
